Kombi 12 im Projektraum im Kunstquartier Bethanien, Berlin

Das Projekt, gedacht für Studierende und Alumni, versteht sich als Brücke zwischen Kunststudium und Kunstbetrieb und entsteht in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunsthochschul- Professor*innen. In einem bestimmten relativ kurzen zeitlichen Abstand nach Kombi haben dann ehemalige Teilnehmer*innen ihre Kunst auf der Biennale in Venedig, in der Tate Britain in London, im Louvre Museum, im Grande Palais, im Palais de Tokyo, im Centre Pompidou in Paris, im Haus der Kulturen der Welt, im KW Berlin und anderen größeren Institutionen zeigen können und auch Preise erhalten wie z. B. den Turner Preis in London.

The project, designed for students and alumni, serves as a bridge between art studies and the art world and is developed in collaboration with art school professors. Within a relatively short time after the Kombi project, former participants have been able to exhibit their art at the Venice Biennale, at Tate Britain in London, at the Louvre Museum, the Grand Palais, the Palais de Tokyo, the Centre Pompidou in Paris, at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt, at KW Berlin, and other major institutions, and have also received awards such as the Turner Prize in London.
